The included legwarmers are a warm soft knit with shades of blue, tan, white and brown. these will fit all the way up to their bottom on newborns, and will continue to fit through the crawling stages! I can't think of another baby item that lasts that long!!

As a mother of three, I highly recommend a newborn gown, with elastic (no dangerous ties) at the feet. Easy for diaper changes and easy to get in and out of a car seat.
This gown is a thick, long sleeve premium quality gown that is super smooth-soft to the touch. All embroidery is covered with a soft cover stitch fabric so no stitching touches the baby's tender newborn skin.
The hat is a premium heirloom quality cap, nice and thick, with a good stretch to it, in a bright white.
